LG Optimus G Pro
The LG Optimus G Pro is the next
version of the Optimus G and competes with the likes of Samsung’s Note series and
Sony’s Xperia Z. The Optimus G Pro is LG’s first to features a 5.5-inch display
and despite holding such a massive screen is easy on grip and manages to look
decent enough.
There is a lot of innovation done in the device, and here are
our first impressions.
This week the folks at LG have revealed the contents of
their soon-approaching press event for New York City: the
smartphone known as the LG Optimus G Pro. This device has been released
internationally and will be appearing in the United States with 4G LTE
capabilities and a set of specifications not unlike that of the international
edition. This device will be revealed with full details at the event which will
take place on the first of May in the evening at a concert event.
Recently few days back LG announced that it will show it’s new smartphone in
May 1st event in United States and now the company has finally confirmed that
we will se Optimus G Pro at this event. However, the company has
not revealed much details regarding this smartphone but various
reports suggest that Optimus G Pro will come with 5.5-inch display
screen. In a press event in India, LG revealed that it will launch LG
Optimus G Pro in Indian market in coming June or July with a price tag of
around Rs. 40,000 ($736).

Optimus G Pro, Qualcomm has also jumped onboard with the Snapdragon 600
quad-core processor, this being the same processor coming with the HTC One and
the Samsung GALAXY S 4.
LG Optimus G Pro will be powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor
and 2GB of RAM. It will comes with a 32GB Internal storage. Running Android 4.1
Jelly Bean Operating System, the phone will have 13MP rear camera, front camera
and 3,000 mAh battery.
